What is BpA?
BpA-free polycarbonate plastic bottles do not contain bisphenol A, a potentially harmful industrial chemical used in the production of many plastic bottles. BpA has been shown to leech into foods and beverages that are stored in BpA-containing containers, possibly exposing the consumer to negative health effects. However, BpA-free polycarbonate plastic bottles are more vulnerable to breakage than other bottles when dropped or allowed to roll around, so we recommend securing them safely in your vehicle for transit. It’s also a good idea to keep your water bottles out of direct sunlight to avoid algae growth.
