Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind about your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Orders:

Special orders, such as drums and drum accessories, are not refundable after we place our inventory order with our supplier.

Pre-Orders for Burning Man:

Drums and drum accessories that are pre-ordered for Burning Man are eligible for a refund up until the day that we place our inventory order with our supplier. The inventory order date will be noted on our website during the checkout process, and is typically one week prior to Burning Man. After the inventory order has been placed, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Restocking Fees:

We are a small business, and non-refundable credit card processing fees add up. If you change your mind about a purchase, your refund will be less a 3% credit card processing fee for any amount over $100. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivered Bottles:

Water is a perishable good. Except in the case of our error (such as bottles damaged during delivery or delivery of the wrong item) we cannot accept return of any sealed or unsealed bottles of water for a refund after they have been delivered. This is for the health and safety of you and our other customers, as these bottles cannot be resold.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. These items qualify for a full refund or equal value replacement.

How to Obtain Refunds:

To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, you may return the item to our store for a refund, or return it to our driver on the day of your area’s normal delivery route. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
