Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind about your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre-Orders for Burning Man:

You may request a refund of all pre-ordered merchandise for Burning Man any time up until the day that we place our inventory order, which is three weeks prior to the start of Burning Man each year. After the inventory order has been placed, we will be unable to issue a refund. This is because we do not keep drums or other Burning Man merchandise in stock throughout the year, and instead only order it from our suppliers specifically for you when you place an order. We appreciate your understanding.

Restocking Fees:

We are a small business, and non-refundable credit card processing fees add up. If you change your mind about a purchase, your refund will be less a 3% credit card processing fee for any amount over $100. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivered Bottles:

Water is a perishable good. Except in the case of our error (such as bottles damaged during delivery or delivery of the wrong item) we cannot accept return of any sealed or unsealed bottles of water for a refund after they have been delivered. This is for the health and safety of you and our other customers, as these bottles cannot be resold.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. These items qualify for a full refund or equal value replacement.

How to Obtain Refunds:

To start a return, please contact us at If your return is accepted, you may return the item to our store for a refund, or return it to our driver on the day of your area’s normal delivery route. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
