-
Scheduling:
- Submit finalized event details (including pickup/delivery date, location, nonprofit documentation, and event pre-approval) at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Submit payment for deposits at least one week in advance.
-
Requirements for Consideration:
-
If you plan to offer cups for water dispensing, they must be plant-based, compostable, or reusable. We encourage including messaging in your brochures or marketing materials to promote attendees bringing their own reusable bottles.
-
Tips for Water Stations
To ensure a smooth operation of your water stations:
-
- Assign a volunteer to oversee the water stations. This helps ensure attendee safety by managing bottle swaps, maintaining sanitary conditions, and limiting equipment loss or damage.
- Provide towels and sanitizer for cleaning dispenser valves.
- To prevent tipping, use sturdy tables to support the crock/bottle combination, which weighs about 50 pounds. If the crocks will be placed on only one side of the table, consider adding counterbalance with bottles or other heavy items to ensure stability.
- Provide a waste receptacle if offering disposable cups.
We look forward to learning more about your event and how we can help support your efforts. Thank you for partnering with us in making a positive impact on our community!
